The Road To Going Gluten Free Pt.1
So back in May I accidentally found out what has been wrong with my digestive system since I was a teenager. You can read more about how I found out HERE. Going Gluten Free at 30(ish)
I’ve always known that something wasn’t right with my digestive system, since as long as I can remember I’ve had issues with diarrhea (sorry TMI) and excessive bloating after eating but I could never quite pinpoint what it was that was causing it.
