    Carrot & Sweet Potato Cakes

I’ve decided this month I’m going to go as gluten free as I can to see if it helps my stomach at all. My niece has Coeliac disease and it’s supposed to run in the family, I’ve had stomach upsets for years but I always put it down to a bad diet, it’s been a lot better since I changed my diet 2 years ago but I still get the odd flare up and it’s usually when I’ve had pizza or pasta. Cottage Pie

A classic winter warmer, you just can’t beat proper comfort food. This takes me back to being a child as it was one of my mum’s favourite, easy meals. My recipe is slightly different to my mum’s one but the basics are the same.

Epic Bacon Cheeseburger – Better Than A Takeaway!

I do a couple of different burgers with different fillings but the main burger meat is always the same and it tastes amazing! My toddler eats pretty much everything we eat so none of my recipes have salt added to them, I don’t feel they need it but add away if you do. My Epic burger is of course a double but you can make the burgers and freeze them for another day. I done this recently and it saved so much time when I was in a hurry!
