Easy Chilli Sauce
I use this sauce for a few different dishes but it also makes a great dipping sauce. It’s hard to find good, healthy sauces so why not make one?! It only takes a couple of minutes to throw together too. You can change the quantities of the ingredients to make more and of course to suit your taste! This should make about 2 portions.

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus was a little bit of an experiment. I love when my experiments go right though! Smokey Bacon and Chickpea Soup
Winter is definitely here and for me that means it’s soup weather! I love my chunky vegetable soup but I’m getting a little bored of it so today I decided to try something new and this is what I came up with. Smokey Bacon and Chickpea Soup tastes amazing and it’s perfect for warming you up from the inside. There’s a real smoked flavour to it and the chickpeas give it some real filling power.
