My Diary is my lifestyle section. This is for all the posts that don't conform to any of the other categories. They could be about anything from mental and physical health to body positivity. Also, open letters and basic ramblings. It's just whatever takes my fancy. My Diary is where you will find posts about me. Little snippets of information so you can learn about the blogger behind the keyboard. So if you require a little bit of light reading then this is the section for you. Christmas Survival Tips
Losing weight is hard no matter what time of the year it is but Christmas has got to be the hardest by far! Everything you do around this time of the year revolves around food and drink: Christmas parties, drinks with friends and even popping to see family usually includes a mince pie or three.

30 Day Yoga Challenge Results
As you may have seen from Instagram and/or previous blog posts I challenged myself to do a 30 Day Yoga course that I found on YouTube. Well tonight, I completed it. It did take me slightly longer than 30 days because I have had to miss the odd day due to not having time to fit it in (usually weigh in night) but I always picked it up again the next day.

SP Survival Guide
I love a Slimming World SP day but I can only do 3 or 4 days before I need some pasta or potatoes in my life so I tend to incorporate them as an odd day during the weeks I need an extra boost. For one of my modelling days once, I lost 4lb in 4 days so I could fit into 1 particular dress a little better. I have had times where it doesn’t work as well but 9 out of 10 times, it gives me the loss I need.

The Sad Step It’s been a while since I’ve written in the diary section but I feel like I need to today. If you follow me on Instagram you would have seen me having a whinge today about “being so good” and the scales not moving. After weighing myself for the 3rd time today, and actually being down 4lb again I’ve realised that I need to stop!

Hi everyone! I’m going to probably spend most of my day today trying to set up this blog properly and making sure everything saves to the right place. I’ve never done anything this complicated with the internet before which is why I stuck to Instagram and even though I like to think I know what I’m doing….. I don’t. But Google comes in very handy!
